CPR Group – Mini Mud Boss Videography Proposal
Prepared by:
The Why
CPR Group is at a critical juncture with the launch of the Mini Mud Boss. To effectively "level up" from current in-house productions, this project will deliver professional-grade visual assets that clearly communicate the product’s ability to reduce cleaning costs, prevent mechanical maintenance, and protect cabin air quality. The goal is to provide a comprehensive content suite that educates decision-makers and supports a high-end overhaul of the CPR Group digital presence.
Target Audience
The content is specifically engineered for mining maintenance managers and safety officers who prioritise operational efficiency and personnel protection.
Creative Tone
The visual “vibe” is industrial, rugged, and technical. We focus on capturing the Mini Mud Boss in high-definition within active industrial environments.
By highlighting the raw efficiency of the unit in the “real world,” we bridge the gap between a product concept and a proven site-ready asset, giving procurement teams the technical confidence to integrate the Mini Mud Boss into their fleet.
Options
To ensure we hit the mark for the Mini Mud Boss launch, two production options have been outlined. These options are designed to provide flexibility, allowing you to select the scale and depth of content that best aligns with your marketing objectives and strategic vision.
Option One Deliverables
1 x Social Media Video (60–90 seconds)
A high-energy introduction to the Mini Mud Boss featuring an on-camera address from Alex. Content includes cinematic wide-angle site shots to set the scene, the Mini Mud Boss in active use on-site, and detailed close-up shots to showcase the unit’s build quality. Delivered in 9:16 (Vertical) and 16:9 (Horizontal).
1
1 x Technical Feature Video (90-120 seconds):
A 16:9 video for website and sales integration featuring a feature-focused walkthrough. Filmed at the Rutherford workshop and in-situ on-site (location TBC), the video utilises integrated motion graphics to call out key technical specifications and operational benefits.
2
Option Two Deliverables
1 x Social Media Video (60–90 seconds)
A high-energy introduction to the Mini Mud Boss featuring an on-camera address from Alex. Content includes cinematic wide-angle site shots to set the scene, the Mini Mud Boss in active use on-site, and detailed close-up shots to showcase the unit’s build quality. Delivered in 9:16 (Vertical) and 16:9 (Horizontal).
1
3 x High-Impact Cut-downs (max 30 seconds each)
Targeted micro-edits optimised for high-frequency social engagement (delivered in 9:16). These files are professional cut-downs from the primary social media video, each highlighting a distinct element of the product.
2
1 x Enhanced Technical Feature Video (90-120 seconds)
An immersive 16:9 deep-dive supported by a professional voiceover. Building on the foundations of Option One, this version provides a broader range of vision made possible by extended filming time at Hunter Valley mine sites – capturing the unit operating on heavy machinery and utilising AI-enhanced product shots to visualise engineering complexities.
3
Product Photography Suite
A library of high-resolution stills specifically captured for the upcoming 120-page product catalogue and full website overhaul. Content includes professional workshop hero shots and a collection of on-site technical stills captured on site, showcasing the unit in active use on heavy machinery within rugged, real-world industrial environments.

A Note on Delivery & Deadlines
If we get the ball rolling immediately, there is an opportunity to have these assets finalised and delivered in time for the Newcastle Mining Innovation Show on March 5th. For this to be a possibility, production would need to go ahead early in the week of February 23rd.
Alternatively, if we aren’t chasing that specific deadline, we will proceed at a standard, meticulous pace with the intention of having the full library of assets ready as soon as possible. Typically, edits are available for review within two weeks of the production dates.
