The Why

A construction project of the scale of the Oasis Redhead Clubhouse is a 12-month transformation that deserves a professional, high-definition record. Our vision is to provide a scalable documentation strategy that turns the technical milestones of construction into a compelling narrative of growth.

We offer two primary “building blocks” for this archive: Fixed-Point Consistency and Drone-Based Context.

Fixed-Point Time-lapse acts as the project’s “heartbeat,” providing an unwavering, detailed record of the building’s structural evolution.

Drone Time-lapse provides the “big picture,” capturing the lifestyle amenities, like the pool and tennis courts – in relation to the Redhead coastline.

While each of these services is a powerful standalone tool for progress reporting and marketing, they are designed to work in harmony. By layering these perspectives, we can transition from the fine details of the build to the broad scale of the estate, giving you a 360-degree archive of the Oasis Redhead journey.

Target Audience

This modular approach ensures that the content we produce serves three distinct groups throughout the 12-month build:

  • Future Residents: To build a sense of community before move-in. Whether it’s a monthly drone update or a “quick-look” fixed-camera clip, seeing their future home rise in high-definition builds trust and excitement.

  • Stakeholders & Board Members: To provide a definitive visual archive. Our documentation serves as a transparent, high-level progress report that validates timelines and showcases project momentum.

  • The MODUHOME Marketing Team: To build a versatile content bank. By providing itemised options, we ensure you have exactly the right assets for your specific channels—be it high-res stills for print, or cinematic reels for social media.

Creative Tone

The tone of this project is Cinematic and Adaptable.

  • Cinematic: Our visual approach is centered entirely on showcasing the scale and progress of the construction. We use expansive aerial views to document the site’s magnitude and precise ground angles to track the physical evolution of the clubhouse. By focusing on wide perspectives and high-definition detail, we ensure that every milestone, from the initial foundation to the final amenity is captured in a way that feels impressive and comprehensive.

  • Adaptable: Our approach is built to be flexible. If you choose one primary angle, we ensure it is the most impactful it can be. If you choose a combination, we weave those layers together into a sophisticated, multi-perspective production that reflects the high standards of MODUHOME.

Project Options

Long-Term Fixed Time-lapse

Supply and installation of a professional-grade fixed time-lapse camera. Based on our site inspection, the two existing light poles provide the most effective vantage points for documenting the main clubhouse structure.

Schedule: This option is programmed to capture progress during standard work hours only (Mon–Fri), ensuring the final footage is a concentrated record of active construction.

Note: As this is a stationary unit, the field of view is limited to the specific angle of installation. For full-site coverage (including the pool and tennis court areas), additional angles or drone coverage are recommended.

Each angle selected includes one dedicated, high-resolution final time-lapse video delivered at project completion.

$1,000 + GST per angle, per month

Drone Time-lapse

Monthly site visits utilising GPS-programmed waypoints to ensure 100% flight path consistency throughout the 12-month build. While multiple cinematic movements are available, we recommend two primary angles to capture the entire area:

1. 360° Orbital Loop: Showcases the clubhouse in context with the pool, tennis courts, and coastline.

2. Overhead (Top-Down): Provides a clear map of site layout and structural footprints.

Includes post-production AI interpolation to create a fluid, seamless transition of progress between visits.

Each angle selected includes one dedicated, high-resolution final time-lapse video delivered at project completion.

Initial Angle: $800 + GST /mo

Add-on Angles: $500 + GST /mo

Quarterly Progress Updates

A high-impact 30–60 second edit produced every four months to showcase the project’s momentum.

Includes:

• A quarterly ground-level shoot to capture "authentic action" shots of the construction team and site activity.

• Integration of all selected time-lapse angles (Fixed or Drone).

• Title overlays highlighting key milestones achieved.

Note: The depth of these updates is dependent on the capture options selected above.

$850 + GST per update

Oasis Clubhouse Showcase

A high-end interior and exterior media suite captured once the project is finished and furnished. This captures the "lifestyle" aspect of the Oasis Redhead brand, including the Gym, Cinema, Library, and pool area.

Includes:

• A polished 60–90 second showcase video edited for high-impact social and web use.

• Smooth gimbal-stabilised walkthroughs and architectural photography.

• Integration of interview content with relevant stakeholders to tell the project’s story.

• "Hero" drone cinematography of the completed grounds.

"The Grand Reveal" Estate Video

A high-impact cinematic video that documents the scale and complexity of the entire estate's construction.

Includes:

• Expansive drone cinematography showing the finished site.

• Interviews with the project team/builders to highlight the technical milestones and engineering successes.

• A 2–3 minute flagship project video + high-energy social media "wrap-up" edits.

These videos illustrate the use of established stationary cameras and milestone reporting; please note that while our GPS-guided drone time-lapse is currently in production for other active projects, a finalised visual example of this specific new technology is not yet available.
