NUsport – Organisational Photo & Video Proposal

The Why
NUsport's current content library has been running for five years. It has done its job well, but programs have grown, facilities have evolved, and it is time for a refresh. The bigger opportunity here is specificity - rather than a general library that covers everything broadly, the vision for this project is content that is relevant at a program level. When NUsport promotes a specific program to a specific audience, the assets should reflect that audience. A post targeting over-50s fitness members should have over-50s in it. A Learn to Swim campaign should feel like Learn to Swim. That is what this project aims to achieve.
Scope
This project covers three areas: facilities photography across both the Callaghan and Honeysuckle campuses, photo and video capture across NUsport’s programs, and campaign-ready content for Fitness Passport and Membership Campaigns. Sessions are scheduled collaboratively around what is running and when, rather than compressed into a single window.
Throughout, the capture approach is guided by NUsport’s brand positioning – energetic, inclusive, authentic and community-focused.
Deliverables
What gets delivered is a colour-graded, well-organised library of video files in H.264 and ProRes, plus processed stills, structured by facility and program. The footage is ready to work with – Engine Room and the internal team can easily find what they need for use in future campaigns.
Scope of Work
Facilities Photography
High quality still photography across both NUsport campuses, covering all key spaces. The focus is wide environmental shots that communicate the scale and quality of the facilities, alongside detail shots of equipment, spaces and people. Locations include Callaghan and Honeysuckle main facilities, gym facilities at both campuses, group fitness studios, Stadium and Auchmuty indoor courts, the Multisport Arena, the High Performance Gym, and the Aquatic Centre. Where situations arise during the facilities shoot that lend themselves to video capture, whether participants in action or a space looking particularly good, we will take advantage of those moments as they come.

Programs & Campaigns Capture
Photo and video capture across NUsport’s programs, scheduled in sessions around when programs are actually running. Programs covered include Group Fitness, Learn to Swim, Sports Holiday Program, Social Sport, and Squads. We will aim to capture a diverse range of participants across all programs and will be guided by Joeleene on which programs are the priority and which iteration of each is most important to capture.
Campaign-ready content for Fitness Passport and Membership Campaigns is captured throughout, with compositions considered for hero image use and clear space for text overlays where relevant.
For video, we will aim to capture content naturally as it happens. Photography may involve a degree of pre-planning and posing to get the best result. We will switch between photo and video across each session to capture the best range of content. NUsport coordinates access and manages all participant permissions and releases.

Post-Production
All footage captured across the project will be colour graded and organised into a structured library, with the best material selected and sorted by facility and program so that Engine Room and the NUsport internal team can easily find what they need for future campaigns. Stills will be processed and organised in the same way. Everything is delivered in both H.264 and ProRes formats. All video footage is captured at 50 frames per second, giving Engine Room full flexibility to play it back at real time or slow it down in post. No finished, review-ready deliverables are included in this quote.

Investment
The project is structured across three components. All prices are in Australian dollars.
If additional shoot time is required beyond the included allocation, this is available at the rates outlined below.

Additional Shoot Time
If the programs block requires more time than the included allocation, additional sessions are available at the following rates and can be scheduled in the same flexible way as the included block.

A Note on Timeline
Timeline is flexible and will be confirmed collaboratively based on program scheduling and NUsport’s campaign priorities. Depending on how the schedule comes together, this project may run over several weeks or months. If a specific campaign or launch date requires certain content to be prioritised, that can be factored into the shoot schedule at the planning session.
