Thank you for engaging me as the videographer for your special day! To ensure that I am well prepared and that the videography runs as smoothly as possible I like to send out this questionnaire to get as many details as possible about your special day ahead of time. This way I know exactly what is happening on the day, where I need to be and I can go about the filming without needing to refer to you both asking for details along the way.

Once this is completed I will also provide you with my filming schedule so you will know where I will be at all times and we can both make sure that everything is getting covered ahead of time!
